Shipping:

• We ship orders within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

• Pan-India delivery is available.

• Free delivery is applicable on orders above ₹999.

• Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on the delivery location , for the orders between ₹199 and ₹999

Refunds:

• If an order contains multiple products and a particular product is received damaged, a refund may be provided for that damaged product only.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear product opening/unboxing video showing the damage.

• Claims without an opening video may not be eligible for a refund.
