• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹699, subject to the applicable shipping terms displayed on the website.

• Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after order confirmation.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather, holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Orders

• An order placed through our website is a request to purchase the selected products.

• Order confirmation will be provided after successful order placement/payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or other genuine operational reasons.

• A clear product opening/unboxing video showing the damage should be provided.

• If an order contains multiple products and only one particular product is damaged, the refund, if approved, will normally apply to the damaged product only.

• Claims without suitable opening/unboxing evidence may not be eligible for a refund.
